There is an on-line bill pay website that appears to be affiliated with UCNSB, but it is not. is third-party website that allows people to pay their electric bills via their site. However, may charge fees, and UCNSB cannot control when we will receive payments from, possibly resulting in a late payment from you or even disconnection due to non-payment. To make sure you’re paying UCNSB, login to your online bill payment portal via this website, As always, if you receive suspicious phone calls or emails, from someone claiming to be a representative of UCNSB, requesting payment, please call our Customer Service Representatives at 386-427-1361.

Billing Information

We are open for payments 24/7! You can pay your utility bill online or on the phone anytime at NO CHARGE! Look for the Pay Your Bill link near the top of this website or call 386-424-3199 and have your account number ready. Payments are processed immediately. 

The following payment options are offered by the Utilities Commission and available for collection of our customer payments. However, some customers decide to use external bill payment services. Please understand those are payment options outside the U.C.'s control, and we cannot provide assurance that payments made through these third parties will be forwarded to us in a timely manner or even forwarded at all.

To protect yourself and your utility service from disconnection, please use caution when making your payment through a third-party payment service. Most importantly, fully understand their offered services and fees, and always keep a receipt.

Budget Billing Program

  • Allows you to budget your expenses easier by paying a monthly average of your regular utility bills true-up occurs at the end of the calendar year
  • Available to year-round customers who pay their bills via Automatic Utility Bill Pay with service for a minimum of nine months at the location. Click here for a paper application to print out and mail in.
  • Online application is now available.

Drive Thru

  • Entrance off Magnolia Street, south of the building
  • Open from 8 am – 5 pm, M-F (except holidays)

Night Drop

  • Located to the right of the drive thru teller window
  • Checks and money orders can be left after hours or on weekends
  • Payments will be processed the next business day
